Such an amazing hilarious fun wedding at Horwood House

Horwood House Wedding – Amy & Chris – never ever have I seen a bride, meet her groom at the altar, then when asked to face him start to pull faces to try and make her husband-to-be laugh (with massive success I have to add). All Amy and Chris did on their wedding day at Horwood House was just laugh and joke and have so much fun all the way through the day and evening. Having their daughter Amberley as flower girl, really helped them to make this day so special, such a superstar all day!

I’d met Amy and Chris few times before their wedding, we also swapped a few emails about their plans, all included lots of comms about logistics, timings, expectations, but mainly just lots of random chat about random stuff and it was really good to get to know them as we got closer to their day. They are such a lovely couple and with one eye on the weather which turned out not bad at all considering we were in between storms, their wedding day was everything they wanted it to.

Being sat on the naughty table at the Wedding breakfast, along with ‘Superstar DJ’ Brett, Chris’ groomsmen told us so many tales about such randomness, with the highlight being the time when they all broke in to one of the groomsmen’s house and filled his house, garage, shed and greenhouse with ‘googly eyes’. It turns out that although months have gone by, he still hasn’t found them all, with a few undiscovered secret locations revealed at the dinner table. So funny!

I want to offer Amy and Chris a massive congratulations and thank you for choosing me as your wedding photographer. Also, you fed me in the morning, you fed me a three course meal at your wedding breakfast (with my table name being ‘hired flasher’!), you fed me in the evening and you also gifted me a packet of jaffa cakes. Thank you so much!
