Lanwades Hall was the beautiful setting for this October wedding!

Lanwades Hall Wedding – Kat & Will. Will and I met over fifteen years ago, running around the woods, shooting paintballs at each other, having the time of our life. We played paintball for a number of years together moving on to very structured tournament paintball, always him playing on the left, me on the right, always always trying to outdo each other in the most friendliest competitive way ever. My leaving the paintball scene in 2010 to explore my wedding photography was tough, it really was a load of fun and I enjoyed it immensely, however the toughest aspect was leaving behind the regular contact with good friends such as Will. So to receive the message from Will last year that he was to be wed to Kat and he would like me to be his photographer, well, to say I was pleased was an understatement. Also, as I got to know Kat, she is so lovely, these guys make the perfect couple.

Kat & Will picked the beautiful family owned Lanwades Hall near Newmarket, an absolutely stunning venue and the day scheduling was so well run by the family and the caterer’s to make sure that Kat & Will plus everyone had such a great day. Although there was the usual assortment of formal family photos, the rest of the time Kat & Will and all the guests had a brilliant fun time, especially during the evening with the Joy Rider Band providing the amazing live music. Such a brilliant day from beginning to end.

To Kat & Will, I loved your wedding day and it was so much fun being your wedding photographer, I’m so glad you chose me for your day. Thank you also for looking after me drinks and snacks and the amazing meal, it all helps me concentrate on the important task of taking photographs on your wedding day. Congratulations guys!
