Notley Tythe Barn Wedding Photography – Rebecca & Ross
Notley Tythe Barn Wedding Photography – Rebecca & Ross: My first meeting with Rebecca was perhaps not the usual one I’d have with a future bride, as Rebecca had kindly volunteered to be a model during the photo shoot for her fiance’s business commercial shoot. We’ve joked since that maybe we should have counted that as the pre-wedding shoot for their big day, however did opt for a more romantic pre-wedding shoot in the end.
On the morning of the big day, it was great to see Rebecca at the Long Crendon Manor for bridal prep and despite growing up in this area I never knew how beautiful this place was inside, it is such a stunning place and has been used for TV in programs like Midsummer Murders amongst many others. Rebecca and her bridesmaid were getting ready having a lot of fun, which included capturing moments with an instant polaroid camera. Ross had certainly pulled out the stop with the presents, with the bridemaids providing present after present after present for Rebecca to open. I think Ross, you are a big soppy mate, but well done to you, Rebecca was so chuffed with all the thought and effort you had put in. I’ll admit one thing I was trying hard not to eat was the chocolate filled cakes that bridesmaid Laura had made. Managed to limit myself to two, but could have easily eaten more, just flipping awesome.
The weather wasn’t ideal, being a typical February day of cold, wind and rainy so after a beautiful ceremony I suggested we head back to the Long Crendon Manor for the bride and groom photos, this also gave Rebecca and Ross a little time to chill whilst we used this stunning place to capture their newly wed portraits. Don’t get me wrong, Notley Tythe Barn is stunning and we would have captured some beautiful images, however Long Crendon Manor just ticked all the boxes, it would have been a shame not to use it!
During the evening we had an appearance from Sylar the Psychological Magician wowing everyone with his magic and after the cake cut and first dance, we left the couple dancing away the night as the new Mr and Mrs Batting. I’d like to thank Rebecca and Ross for allowing us to be a part of this special time and congratulations guys!
